♦ Frame Shape and Frame Size Choosing

►Frame Shape options: Grooved Frame or Flat Screen without Grooves.

►The regular raw material thickness of the frame: 0.9-0.96mm stainless steel sheet before being made into a frame.

     There is a range from 0.9 to 0.96mm because they are normal 1mm stainless steel in China, the tolerance is based on the material availability.

►Frame Size: very flexible custom size. Also please refer to our regular sizes:

     20mm width x 25mm overall thickness.

     25mm width x 25mm overall thickness

     30mm width x 30mm overall thickness

►The Screen Size: The width of the partition screen has to be within 2M to fit into the container and 3M Height to suit the transportation.

      When you measure your space, it is very important to make it a bit smaller, just in case you cannot install it properly into your space.

♦ Surface Treatment（Finishes) Choosing:

►Mill Finish: The Cheapest Option, generally with a brush finish.

►Regular Painting: The second cheapest option. we can do it but it is not really recommended.

►PVDF Painting: Much better adherence than a regular painting.

►Copper Plated or Antique Copper Plating: You can either choose a reddish copper-plated finish or its aged version which is also called antique copper finish.

►Brass Plated or Antique Brass Plating: You can either choose from golden brass plated finish or its antique plating version.

►PVD Titanium Plating: including golden color, rose gold color, gun black color, and many other custom colors.
