HOW IS "METART-WW45S" ARCHITECTURAL METAL MESH MADE?

This decor mesh pattern is not made of two different types of metal strips. The bigger one is 5mm wide and 0.6mm thick, with an actual measurement of around 5.9x0.55mm. The smaller wire strips are 2.5mm wide x 1mm thick. The bigger wire strips are spaced 25mm apart, while the smaller strips have centers of 12.5mm. At this spacing, these two different flat wires are woven up intricately to form a beautiful design and a tight structure with approximately 36% opening area and ventilation rate. Meantime, it also creates a perfect rate for privacy if used for screening and partition infills.

METART BUILDING TECH is a factory of architectural wire mesh. If you want this design but with a different wire size and openings for special construction projects, we accept bespoke productions. We can customize the raw materials and tooling to meet your demands at a very reasonable cost.

After the wire mesh is well produced, we can deliver them to a cooperative plating factory to get them color plated, please see the following three of our popular electro plated colors.

Besides the above mentioned antique finishes, we can also supply bright copper plated finish and bright brass plated finishes as well as a series of PVD plated finishes, including gold color, champagne gold, rose gold, black, grey, etc.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE PROPER SHAPE OF THIS DESIGNER WIRE MESH DESIGN?

There are two different available shapes for this architectural wire design. The simplest and budget friendly one is the straight cut sheet, which is the initial shape of this decorative wire pattern after it is made. Please refer to the right side of the following picture. 

But here on this product page, most of the samples we are showcasing are cut diagonally to a diamond shape, in order to get a different look with a stronger visual impact. Please refer to the left side fo the following picture.

Diamond shape is favoured by a lot of buyers even if with a higher cost. As this diamond shaped hole pattern was cut out from a standard straight pattern decorative wire mesh panel.
