Introduction

METART-WWD05 is a heavy-duty flexible architectural cable wire mesh pattern manufactured to meet the safety and security requirements of building cladding or railing projects. This product is available in stainless steel 304 or marine grade stainless steel 316, ensuring superior tensile strength, anti-compact functions, and an extended lifespan.

The METART-WWD05 architectural cable wire mesh pattern uses Dia. 3.0mm stainless steel wire rods as the weft wire and 4 strands of 2.0mm stainless steel cables as the weft wire groups, making it suitable for various exterior building projects, including bridge anti-drop protective architectural metal mesh, commercial building railing infill wire mesh, hotel balustrade infill cable mesh, and other commercial building facade screens.

The flexible building facade stainless steel cable rod mesh presents an overall thickness of 7mm, with an opening rate of 42% and a privacy rate of 58%. The product is also available in customized specifications to cater to diverse project requirements, including the rod diameter, rod pitch, cable diameter, cable group pitch, and the number of strands.

For added value, METART BUILDING TECH offers customizable color finishes, including PVDF painted, gold titanium PVD plated, gun black titanium PVD plated, rose gold titanium PVD plated, brass plated, copper plated, and antique finish after plating. While most customers prefer the mill finish, the variety of finishes available can cater to individual preferences.

This fabric can be woven up to 6 Meters long and a length of up to 40 meters, making it easier to cut to size and suitable for various exterior building shading requirements.

As the METART-WWD05 architectural cable wire mesh pattern is primarily used outdoors, it is highly recommended to choose marine grade 316 stainless steel mesh, which is super durable and corrosion-resistant.
