The weft of the mesh is made of 1.7mm regular round wires, providing a sturdy horizontal structure. In contrast, the warp wires, originally 1.9mm in diameter, are transformed into a unique decorative pattern through a milling and rolling process. This process widens the wires into bud-shaped ornamental flat surfaces measuring approximately 2.9–3.2 mm in width.

The resulting design provides a balance between openness and privacy, with a moderate privacy rate of around 70%. This makes "METART-WW30" suitable for a wide range of applications where both aesthetics and privacy are important.
