Introduction

Five-heddle weave wire mesh is also known as 5 heddle atlas wire mesh, five shed wire mesh, five shed twill

weave wire mesh, five shed mesh, five heddle wire cloth, TELA wire mesh, etc. This mesh is made of stainless steel wires in a twill weave way.
The weft wire passes over four warps at the same time and then goes under one warp wire and then up through another four wires repeatedly and vice versa. Using this weaving way, the wire fabric gets a very smooth surface on one side which increases the efficiency of filter cake removal.

Property: flat and smooth surface, easy to remove the filter media, high flow rates.
Packing: Inner kraft paper, outside plastic film, and then plywood case.
