GET A QUOTETwill Dutch weave wire mesh pattern is a combination of twill weave and Dutch weave. Twill Dutch Weave wire mesh pattern doesn’t make a big
difference compared to Plain Dutch Weave. It is knitted with the weft wires packed together in the same way as the plain dutch weave but with double wires woven in and over two warp wires and then down through another two warp wires alternatively. The weft wires overlie each other creating a sinuous path for filtrations. Weaving in this way, this stainless fabric becomes a very robust wire mesh with a smooth surface, finer weft wires, and smaller pore sizes, which makes Twill Dutch Weave an ideal pattern to carry on heavy-duty filtration tasks.
Due to its complicated weaving pattern, production of this stainless steel woven fabric is a very slow process which takes much longer time than other weaving patterns.
