METART-WW02 is a security-grade decorative architectural woven wire mesh fabric. The sample we are exhibiting here is an antique copper-plated version made of stainless steel grade 304.

This is the basic grade of stainless steel material for architectural use. But if you are after a higher grade stainless steel material, marine grade 316 grade can be produced based on your requirements. This creative woven wire fabric is woven up by 7mm wide flat stainless steel strips with generally 1mm thickness. The flat strips have to be pre-crimped by a set of specially designed hardened alloy tooling before weaving.

Both the warp wires and weft wires need to be crimped properly. And then the wire strips will be well prepared onto a loom to start weaving.This mesh pattern offers a very limited opening rate which is only about 6%. With a tight woven style and big wire density, this architectural wire fabric offers great privacy and security.

After being copper-plated or brass-plated and even antique style proceeded, this mesh becomes even more beautiful than its original look.

This pattern is suitable for some commercial building partition wall infill architectural privacy screens, hotel wall cladding panels, and cabinet door infill mesh where great security and privacy are required as well as a stunning outlook.
