Introduction

UNS S32750 wire mesh, also named super duplex stainless steel wire mesh, alloy 2507 wire mesh, and 1.4410 stainless steel wire mesh. It is made of super duplex stainless steel wires which combines the desirable aspects of both ferritic and austenitic grades. 
With its higher chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen contents, 2507 wire mesh results in a Pitting Resistance Equivalent number (PREN) of >41, providing pitting and crevice corrosion resistance superior to austenitic and duplex stainless steels in almost all corrosive media, and a Critical Pitting Temperature exceeding 50°C.
Features of UNS.S32750 wire mesh:
-Great performance of corrosion resistance in a wide range of corrosive chemicals
-Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in seawater and other chloride-containing environments
-Pitting Resistance Equivalent number (PREN) of >41
-Critical Pitting Temperature exceeding 50°C
-High resistance to abrasion, erosion, and cavitation erosion
-Great resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing environments
-ASME Approval for Pressure Vessel application
