Introduction

Twill weave is the second most widely used woven wire mesh pattern in the sieving and filtration industry.

To form a twill weave mesh pattern, the weft wire goes up across two warp wires at the same time and then down through another pair of warp wires alternatively and vice versa. This woven wire pattern offers a possibility for certain mesh counts that need a greater wire gauge but can’t be achieved by a plain weave.

Thus, twill weave wire mesh provides a higher load and finer aperture that can’t be done in plain weave wire mesh.

Besides the wire mesh rolls, we can also provide services like slitting, cleaning, disc punching, welding, etc.

Twill weave is normally adopted for those fine wire cloth, but sometimes it is also used by coarse wire mesh according to different requirements, such as Mesh22x0.3mm, Mesh30x0.4mm, Mesh40x0.3mm, etc.
